By booking a course with Beaut Tee Academy, a trading name of Beaut Tee Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payments

• All deposits and payments made to Beaut Tee Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, injury, work commitments, travel disruption, pregnancy, childcare issues, change of mind or failure to attend.

• A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received.

• Full payment must be received before practical training commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to make payment when due may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

Course Amendments

• Students may request to transfer their booking with a minimum of 10 days’ written notice, however approval remains entirely at Beaut Tee Academy’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

• Requests received with less than 10 days’ notice will normally be refused and all monies paid will be forfeited.

• Once booked, courses cannot be changed, exchanged, downgraded, substituted or cancelled.

• Additional courses may be added subject to availability.

Attendance

• Students must attend the course in full and arrive on time.

• Late arrival, absence or early departure may result in refusal of entry or removal from the course without refund or alternative training.

Practical Training

• Students must comply with all trainer instructions, infection prevention procedures and health and safety requirements.

• Beaut Tee Academy reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend or terminate practical training where behaviour, competency or safety is considered unsuitable.

• Removal from training does not entitle the student to any refund, transfer or compensation.

Models

• Whilst Beaut Tee Academy endeavours to provide models where applicable, model attendance cannot be guaranteed.

• Any disruption caused by model availability shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation or refund.

• Students providing their own models remain responsible for ensuring they are suitable for treatment.

Certificates

Certificates will only be issued where:

• the course has been successfully completed;

• competency has been demonstrated to the required standard;

• all course fees have been paid in full.

Beaut Tee Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where these requirements are not met.

Professional Conduct

Beaut Tee Academy operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

Any student removed from training will immediately forfeit their place together with all monies paid.

Intellectual Property

All manuals, presentations, videos, documents, assessments, photographs and course content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Beaut Tee Ltd.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, photographed, shared, recorded, uploaded or distributed without prior written consent.

Liability

Students are solely responsible for ensuring they obtain appropriate insurance, practise within their competence and comply with all applicable legislation following completion of training.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beaut Tee Ltd shall not be liable for:

• loss of earnings;

• business interruption;

• indirect or consequential losses;

• travel or accommodation expenses;

• personal belongings;

• future business performance;

• inability to obtain insurance;

• inability to secure employment.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Policy Changes

Beaut Tee Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
