Our Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET) is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to progress into teaching and training within their industry.
This course develops the knowledge and skills required to plan, deliver and evaluate effective teaching sessions in a learning environment.
Entry Requirements / Prerequisites
Learners must have:
* A minimum of 1 year’s industry experience
* Relevant certification within the subject they intend to teach
* A good standard of written and spoken English
* Access to a suitable environment to complete the micro-teach assessment
Proof of certification and experience may be requested prior to enrolment.

Completing your Level 3 AET gives you the teaching qualification needed to begin your journey as a trainer.

If you would like to teach your own accredited courses, you will need to create your own course content and apply for accreditation with your chosen CPD accreditation provider once you gain your Level 3 AET.
